Join us at The Crowne Plaza Reading for an evening of great food and live entertainment in support of The Brain Tumour Charity.

The inspiration for running this event came on New Years Day 2015 when a very close friend was diagnosed with grade 3 anaplastic astrocytoma glioma. Since receiving this difficult news a group of us have been working together to organise this event that is sure to be a fantastic night for all and raise much needed money so The Brain Tumour Charity can continue its incredible work.

After enjoying reception drinks and the opportunity to strike a pose for our skilled photographer, sit down to a three course meal in the serene River Suite whilst taking in the smooth melodies of Marc Dillon, arguably the most talented Michael Bublé act in the country, and Kitty Mazinsky, a vintage singer who'll take you right back to the glamour of the 50's. Keeping the drinks flowing will be Laithwaites, which is generously supplying a selection of fine table wines. Representatives from The Brain Tumour Charity as well as other key guests will then remind us of the amazing work and research being done, before you can take to the dance floor with the resident DJ.

If you’re feeling lucky on the night then get involved with the charity auction and raffle, where prizes include a nights stay for two at Crowne Plaza Reading, a bouquet each month for a year from local florist Cherubs, 10 hours of driving lessons and plenty more!

(full list of prizes coming soon).

150 tickets will be available at £49 per person, every penny of which will go straight to The Brain Tumour Charity.

The Brain Tumour Charity is the UK’s largest dedicated brain tumour charity, committed to fighting brain tumours on all fronts. They fund scientific and clinical research into brain tumours and offer support and information to those affected, whilst raising awareness and influencing policy. Less than 2% of cancer research funding in the UK is spent on brain tumours, and The Brain Tumour Charity is committed to increasing this.
